Kopineshwar Mandir

Kopineshwar Mandir is a temple committed to the Hindu god Shiva and is viewed as the shopper god[citation needed] of Thane. The Shivalinga interior the temple is regarded as one of the greatest in Maharashtra, India.

The temple was once constructed via the Shilahara dynasty. It used to be renovated and rebuilt in 1760. The corridor in the front of the garbha griha used to be rebuilt in 1879 through elevating money and donations. It used to be later once more renovated in 1996.The temple was once previously on the banks of the Masunda Lake(Talao Pali) however is presently separated via the Shivaji Road which reaches to the Thane railway station.
