Bhimashankar Temple
Bhimashankar Temple is a Jyotirlinga shrine positioned 50 km northwest of Khed taluka (alias ), close to Pune, in India. It is placed 127 km from Shivajinagar (in Pune) in the Ghat place of the Sahyadri Mountains. Bhīmāshankar is additionally the supply of the river Bhima, which flows southeast and merges with the Krishna river close to Raichur. The different Jyotirlinga shrines in Maharashtra are Trimbakeshwar close to Nashik and Grishneshwar.
